Student Worker (Customer Support)
Computer Science, Engineering or Sciences Major

You’ll fit in with us if you enjoy analyzing and solving technical issues and would like to work with well-known customers from the energy industry.

As a member of our support team, you are the first point of contact for all questions regarding the operation of our sophisticated products. With your feedback to our DevOps team, you will contribute to further improving our products and aligning them closer to customer needs, thus contributing to a unique growth story. After all, there are few topics as innovative as artificial intelligence, and few industries as important to the future of humanity as renewable energy.

Your role

  • You understand the way our well-known customers from the energy industry work and help them to get the most out of our products.
  • You not only work with the team but are an integral and permanent part of it and can play a significant and responsible role in its design.

Your profile

  • You are enrolled as a student in computer science or another related field (e.g., STEM subjects)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Java or other object-oriented programming language
  • Knowledge of RegEx, Unix-type tools, shell scripting, Python, VBA is a plus
  • You have a quick perception, precision and sense for critical details
  • You have an independent, self-reliant way of working
  • You enjoy dealing with analytical tasks and large amounts of data
  • You have a professional, solution-oriented and patient approach towards customers
