Support Engineer
You’ll fit in with us if you enjoy analyzing and solving technical issues and would like to work with well-known customers from the energy industry.
As a member of our support team, you are the first point of contact for all questions regarding the operation of our sophisticated products. With your feedback to our DevOps team, you will contribute to further improving our products and aligning them closer to customer needs, thus contributing to a unique growth story. After all, there are few topics as innovative as artificial intelligence, and few industries as important to the future of humanity as renewable energy.
Your role
- You understand the way our well-known customers from the energy industry work and help them to get the most out of our products.
- You not only work with the team but are an integral and permanent part of it and can play a significant and responsible role in its design.
Your qualification
- Degree in computer science, IT- or a comparable, technical field
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Excel)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java or a comparable object-oriented programming language
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other database technologies
- Basic skills in the usage of Regular Expressions, Linux-typical tools and shell-scripting
